General Terms and Conditions Hidro
Article 1 - Definitions
In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:
a. Entrepreneur: Hidro, registered under [company registration number], established at [address].
b. Customer: the natural person or legal entity who enters into an agreement with the entrepreneur.
c. Agreement: the agreement between the entrepreneur and the customer regarding the purchase of products.

Article 3 - Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between the entrepreneur and the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these conditions.
Article 4 - The offer
- All offers from the entrepreneur are without obligation and can be revoked at any time.
- The entrepreneur is not obliged to enter into an agreement.
Article 5 - The Agreement
- The agreement is concluded at the moment that the customer confirms the order and the entrepreneur confirms it.
- The entrepreneur confirms the order by e-mail.
Article 6 - Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to revoke the agreement without giving any reason within a period of 14 days after receipt of the product.
Article 7 - Costs in case of revocation
- If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
- In the event of cancellation, the customer will receive the full purchase price, including any standard shipping costs, back within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation.
Article 8 - Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for products that:
a. Are specially manufactured for the customer.
b. Have been opened and cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
Article 9 - The price
- All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
- The entrepreneur reserves the right to change prices.
Article 10 - Conformity and warranty
- The entrepreneur guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and the specifications that have been agreed.
- The warranty on products is [number of months/years], unless otherwise stated.
Article 11 - Delivery and execution
- Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer.
- The entrepreneur strives to deliver the order within [number of days], unless otherwise agreed.
Article 12 - Duration transactions: duration, termination and extension
- In the case of an agreement for an indefinite period, the customer can cancel it with a notice period of [number of days].
- In the case of a fixed-term agreement, the agreement is automatically extended unless the customer cancels it.
Article 13 - Payment
- Payment must be made at the time of ordering, using the payment methods offered.
- In the event of late payment, the customer is in default and the entrepreneur is entitled to charge statutory interest.
Article 14 - Complaints procedure
- Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted in writing within [number of days] after discovery.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order, but there are some important points to keep in mind according to Dutch law and hygiene rules.
By law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. However, for certain products, such as hygiene products or products that cannot be returned for health reasons, the right of withdrawal may be excluded if the seal has been broken.
