Returns and returns
- You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt.
- For returns within this period, please contact our customer service via info@hidro.nl
- The costs for returning products are at the expense of the customer, unless the item is defective.
- If the item is defective, we will pay the return costs.
Refunds
- Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we aim to process the refund within 5 days.
- The refunded amount will be credited back to the payment method used for the original order.

Can I return my order?
