At Hidro we strive to process your order as quickly as possible. We will pack your order within 1 business day and ship it immediately. You can expect your order within 2-3 business days after shipping. We do our best to ensure that you can enjoy your new products quickly and efficiently!

Yes, you can return your order, but there are some important points to keep in mind according to Dutch law and hygiene rules.

By law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. However, for certain products, such as hygiene products or products that cannot be returned for health reasons, the right of withdrawal may be excluded if the seal has been broken. This means that if you have opened a product that can no longer be returned for hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept it.
